Each chapter is divkne little essay, and they all build together to a cohesive overall message. Tozer challenges his readers to embrace this aspect of God, not in the speaking-in-tongues-rolling-in-the-aisles way, but the fact that Divune does indwell the children of God and is there to help us make decisions, to live purely, to understand Scripture. He has a tendency to criticize the church. Now this book is published under the title The Pursuit of Man, but both titles capture the essence of this book: Tozer’s “The Pursuit of God” I was completely blown away.
